Taking the high wire hook number recognition system of the company's steel rolling mill as an example, after its launch, the system achieved automatic recognition of finished steel coils on high wire, reducing manual intervention and employee workload, and achieving a comprehensive recognition accuracy rate of 99.9%. Through 5G communication network, a vehicle scheduling service platform is established to achieve real-time positioning and scheduling monitoring of vehicles. At the same time, the production, supply and marketing control system also provides a risk warning mechanism, which can monitor abnormal situations in the production process in real time and automatically trigger emergency response processes, effectively reducing the production risks of enterprises.
Through data analysis, potential areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement during vehicle transportation can be identified, and targeted cost control measures can be formulated. Through image recognition technology, it integrates intelligent management systems and strengthens network security protection, not only achieving refined and intelligent control of personnel and vehicles within the factory area, but also significantly improving the company's security management level and operational efficiency.
